Hey, Pard! My name is Cactus Jack, a name surely not meant to relate to my prickly disposition.
I have had a redneck attitude my whole life and have always loved the cowboys of the Old West. I admire a man who can shoot straight, talk the same, honor his God and his woman, and take care of business.
I got interested in doing some re-enactments about twenty years ago when a business associate of mine opened a tourist attraction called Fort Wood in Colorado City, TX. Many years later when I moved to San Angelo, met, and married Madam Sunshine, it was a natural to once again get involved in the activities around town dealing with the Old West and entertaining tourists.
Around 2004 I joined up with the Company A Texas Ranger/Concho Cowboy Co. group. Since that time I have “killed” many a bad guy and traveled many a mile doing so. I have the reputation of being “bullet proof” which plays perfectly into my desire not to fall, and more importantly, not to have to get up again!
I portray a variety of law dogs from marshal to sheriff to Texas Ranger. From time to time, I may also play a bad guy, known for holding up a few stages in my time.
I am a gun enthusiast and relish good looking firearms. Fancy rigs to match don’t bother me a bit either. I am a staunch member of the NRA and I also belong to the Reenactmrt Guild of America.
If you’re looking for someone to settle the score, you’ve come to the right man.
I’ve got your back, son.
